EndIncrementalSave method

Close the incremental save session and release the captured baseline.

Ends the session started by BeginIncrementalSave and drops the baseline and revision state it held. Commits already written to a stream or a file are unaffected

After this call IncrementalSaveActive is False and a new session can be opened

Edits made after the session closes are ordinary edits again and are written in full by SaveAs
