CutSelectedFormTextToClipboard method

Copies and removes the selected text inside the focused editable AcroForm widget

The method first writes the non-empty native widget selection to the Windows clipboard as CF_UNICODETEXT, then removes that selection through PDFium's form editor

It returns True only after the clipboard accepts the text and the replacement is issued

The field is left unchanged when clipboard access fails, which gives the operation transactional clipboard-first behaviour

• Available since v2.56.0
• Since v3.126.0, clipboard opening retries within a bounded 100ms budget without pumping UI messages; if access remains unavailable, the original field text and selection are preserved
• Only text fields and editable combo boxes are accepted
• Read-only fields and documents without form-fill or modify permission return False
• Ctrl+X and Shift+Delete use this operation whilst a form editor owns the focus
