Draws through the Skia backend rather than into a bitmap, which lets an application that already composites with Skia keep the page in the same pipeline instead of blitting a rasterised copy
Both the page render and the form overlay require a pdfium.dll built with the Skia backend. When the loaded module does not export them, the call raises EPdfError naming which part is missing rather than drawing nothing
The render lock is held for the call, so it is safe against concurrent rendering on the same component
