CommitPageObjectEditTransaction method

Applies the journalled edits of an open page-object edit transaction

Syntax

function CommitPageObjectEditTransaction: Boolean;

Description

CommitPageObjectEditTransaction replays the journalled page-object edits of the transaction opened with BeginPageObjectEditTransaction onto the active document and closes the transaction

It returns True when every journalled edit applied cleanly; on False the caller should roll back to restore the captured snapshot

Remarks

Calling it outside an open transaction returns False and leaves the document unchanged
The edit journal remains available for export through ExportEditJournal after a successful commit
