Indicates whether the loaded pdfium.dll provides the FPDFPageObj_GetRenderedStrokePattern export

StrokePatternRenderingFeaturesAvailable loads the selected PDFium module when needed and returns True if the optional FPDFPageObj_GetRenderedStrokePattern entry point is present among the module's exports

With the export available, GetObjectRenderedStrokePattern can rasterise the tiling pattern with which a path object is stroked; without it the method returns nil for every object

• The export is optional, so deployments running an older pdfium.dll keep loading and rendering pages as normal; only the isolated stroke-pattern rasterisation is unavailable
• A nil result from GetObjectRenderedStrokePattern is therefore ambiguous on its own; check this function first whenever it matters whether the cause is "no pattern" or "no export"
