Description

Weight can be one of these XlBorderWeight constants
xlHairline
xlThin
xlMedium
xlThick

Exemple

This example sets the weight of border around the A1:C5 range 

Workbook.Sheets[1].Range['A1', 'C5'].Borders.Weight := xlThin;
