متد AddCondFormatColorScale3

یک قانون قالب‌بندی شرطی مقیاس رنگ ۳-توقفه Excel 2007+ را روی یک بازه سلول اضافه می‌کند و شیء قالب‌بندی شرطی جدید را برمی‌گرداند
