Returns the first visible row. Read/write Integer

Example

This example makes row 25 the first visible row when the workbook is opened in Excel. Use it with ScrollColumn to position a large worksheet near the area that users should review first

with Workbook.Sheets[1] do

  ScrollRow := 25;
