Adds a classic XLS drawing text box by one-based worksheet anchors and returns the created
TXLSTextBox object

Remarks
AddTextBox is a worksheet-level shortcut for creating a standalone drawing shape through the worksheet
Shapes collection
The method does not create a cell comment and does not attach text to a cell note record
