`StartPageIndex`	標籤範圍起始的頁面索引（從零開始）
`Style`	THPDFPageLabelStyle 的編號樣式`THPDFPageLabelStyle`
`Prefix`	加在每個產生頁碼前的選擇性文字
`StartNumber`	此範圍使用的第一個邏輯編號，須為 1 以上的整數

EndDoc 完成產出 PDF 時，此方法會寫入 catalog 的 /PageLabels number treeEndDoc 時寫出 /PageLabels 數字樹

當沒有範圍從第一頁開始時，第一個範圍之前的頁面維持普通十進位編號，因為數字樹必須涵蓋頁面索引 0（ISO 32000-1 12.4.2）
超過 127 位元組的前綴會以 UTF-8 解讀，並儲存為 Unicode 文字字串
