THotPDF.GetLoadedFormFieldIndexForAnnotation

將一個已載入的頁面註解對應到其終端 AcroForm 欄位與 widget 序號

  AnnotationIndex: Integer; out WidgetIndex: Integer): Integer;

傳回值是以 0 為起點的欄位索引，WidgetIndex 則接收該欄位內以 0 為起點的序號

此方法傳回 -1 並將 WidgetIndex 設為 -1，情況包括座標無效、註解不是 widget，或孤立 widget 未登錄在 /AcroForm /Fields 之下

註解重新排序後，請改用傳回的物件識別對應，不要沿用先前的註解索引
