使用說明
- 在 Tagged PDF 無障礙工作流程中使用此 API，並在受影響的頁面、資源、欄位或 catalog 物件定案之前呼叫
- 在文件定案之前，保持物件名稱、欄位名稱、資源名稱與傳回的 handle 穩定不變
- 保持 begin 與 end 呼叫成對出現、為非文字內容提供替代文字，並把 MCID 值附加到正確的頁面內容
