使用說明
- 此方法會把
<</Type /MCR /Pg ... /MCID ...>>附加到結構元素的K陣列 - 頁面會取得或重用其
StructParents鍵 - 無效頁面、負 MCID、nil 元素以及非陣列的
K條目都會被拒絕
