Draws a rotated rectangle.

說明

使用 RectangleRotate 把一個旋轉的矩形加入目前路徑。（X, Y）是矩形旋轉時繞著轉的那個角，Width 與 Height 給出尺寸，angle 是 degrees 單位的旋轉角。這個矩形是一個封閉子路徑，與 Rectangle 加入的一樣，因此 stroke 它會畫出全部四個邊

To fill a rectangular region use Fill. To outline a rectangular region without filling it, use Stroke. To draw a rectangle with rounded corners, use RoundRect.
