使用 AddTextAnnotation 在目前頁面加入新的 Text annotation，並指定 text message（Contents）、rectangle area（Rectangle）、icon view（Name）與 color。將 Open value 設為 true 可開啟 annotation，設為 false 可關閉 annotation
