THPDFJobProcessor.ExecuteLoadedSigningOperation

在借用的已載入文件上執行簽署操作，並提供明確的 timestamp transport

單元為 HPDFDocJobs；文件、操作、輸出串流與回傳結果由呼叫端持有

簽署後的 PDF 位元組寫入 Output，transport callback 則透過 TimestampContext 收到操作發出的 RFC 3161 timestamp 請求

checkpoint 事件在簽署與 timestamp 處理期間觸發，並保留取消與預算例外
