原生 Linux CFF glyph rendering

原生 Cairo renderer 繪製內嵌的簡單型 Type1 與 Type1C 字型時，使用從 PDF 字型 Encoding 與 Differences、或字型程式適用的內建 Adobe encoding 解析出的精確 FreeType glyph 索引

ToUnicode 仍只控制語義文字擷取；它不決定顯示的 glyph outline，因此刻意不同的 ToUnicode 對應無法覆蓋已宣告的顯示 encoding

字型程式緩衝區與 FreeType face 維持既有的有界生命週期；缺少或格式錯誤的 encoding 對應會在發布 render 結果前直接失敗，而不是從 Unicode 文字猜測 glyph

驗證通過的 /SA false 維持 stroke adjustment 停用，四種標準 PDF rendering intent 全部交給 原生色彩 pipeline 處理；啟用 stroke adjustment 仍是獨立工作

這些預設值讓正規化後的 Ghostscript 歸檔頁面能在 HotPDF 中 render，同時保留字型、clipping、glyph 預算與取消檢查
