RequestDER 必須是為 SignatureValue 產生、帶 nonce 的請求；格式錯誤或不吻合的請求、回應或信任證據會擲出 EHPDFHeadlessTimestampError

必須明確指定受信任的 CA 根憑證，尾端多餘的 DER 位元組會被拒絕
