介面會保留傳入的解碼器；傳入 nil 會擲出 EArgumentNilException，options 則在 Decode 執行時驗證

一般結果陣列攜帶每個符號的邊界與 orientation；需要四角落幾何與掃描統計時請改用 HPDFScanBarcodeBitmap
