DocDigest 必須符合 Options.DigestAlgorithm 選定的大小，且 Provider 必須宣告支援 spcSign

要求輸入是 DER 已簽署屬性集合的所選摘要，內容包括摘要與簽章 OID、所選的 RSA 或 ECDSA 方案、PSS 鹽長度、憑證、金鑰識別碼，以及唯一的作業識別碼
