行为

启用绘制时的 .notdef 检测：开启后，InternUnicodeTextOut 会记录每一个字形查找落到 GID 0（也就是豆腐块）的 code point，让发布流水线在文档交付之前就发现缺失的字形覆盖。OnUnresolvedGlyph 对每个不重复的发现各触发一次
