使用注意事项
- ASubtype 必须符合 PDF 规范中定义的有效注释子类型字符串，无效子类型可能导致阅读器忽略该注释
- 新建注释会被自动注册到目标页面的 Annots 数组，无需手动将其追加到页面字典
- 保存文档前若修改返回的字典对象，必须使用文档内部的修改机制，不得在文档关闭后持有该引用
