把选定的已加载字段绘制为静态页面内容，并只移除它们的字段树和 widget 注释

使用说明
- 文本和选择字段的外观会在绘制之前重新生成
- Only pages that own selected widgets receive appended content streams
- Untouched fields, annotations, pages, and AcroForm resources remain present
- Incremental-update mode marks only changed objects for append-only saving
- 禁用权限门禁，意味着签名策略的责任转由调用方承担
