参数

Destination 必须支持位置和大小；当已有字节会被覆盖时，还必须支持读取

返回值

True 表示完整的 UTF-8 输出已发布，且 OutputBytes 有效

使用说明

CSV 会把合并的跨度展开为空的延续字段，并用一条空白记录分隔多个表格；元数据丰富的 JSON 则保留每一个带类型的字段和几何值
