Delphi 语法:

说明

EnablePubKeyEncryption 写出使用 /Filter /Adobe.PubSec 的/Encrypt加密字典，并用确切的 20 字节随机 seed 加上有序的收件人信封派生文件加密密钥

PDF 2.0 输出请使用 aes256，对应 /V 5、/CFM /AESV3、256 位 crypt-filter 密钥和 /SubFilter /adbe.pkcs7.s5

写文档之前，用 AddPubKeyRecipientCertificate、AddPubKeyAgreementRecipient 或更底层的 AddPubKeyRecipient 方法添加收件人
