glyph 缺失、scalar 无效、出现未配对 surrogate 值或缺少受支持的 Unicode 表时返回零

该方法绝不把 Unicode scalar 解释为 MacRoman 字节，也不会回退到 Symbol 私有区映射；既有的 GIDForCodepoint 保持原有解码器行为
