使用说明
- 用
FlattenLoadedPageRotation填充；没有 90/180/270 旋转的页面只计入ScannedPageCount - 扁平化会给每个受影响页面追加补偿变换、重写页面框，并把 /Rotate 重置为 0，让查看器不再在屏幕上重复旋转
- 要求每个可点击区域都在方向变更后保持有效时，把
TransformedDestinationCount与文档链接数对比
