ColorSpace selects RGB maximum-channel or luminance difference
ColorTolerance ignores per-pixel deltas at or below 0 through 255

无效的有限范围会在比较之前被规范化为安全的默认值或钳制后的边界

只有当 changedPixelRatio <= MaxChangedPixelRatio 且 similarity >= MinimumSimilarity 时，页面才算相似
