Installs or replaces the /BS border style dictionary on an annotation.

Delphi 语法:

说明

SetAnnotationBorderStyle 应用 Solid、Dashed、Beveled、Inset 或 Underline annotation border styles。Width 以 PDF user units 表示。DashPattern 仅用于 absDashed；传入空数组会使用默认 [3] dash pattern

使用 LastAnnotation 可将样式应用到最近由 Add*Annotation 方法或选定 form-field helpers 创建的 annotation
