使用说明
- 从
THPDFLinearizedPageRangeOptions.Default出发；PlanProgressiveLinearizedPageRanges的无参选项重载应用的就是这些值 - 清除
IncludeBootstrapRanges和IncludeCrossReferenceRanges即可只规划页面区间，渐进加载探测就是这样确定头部读取规模的 - 在内存受限的主机上调低
MaximumPlannerMemoryBytes；规划器会带着状态和诊断 fail-closed，而不是超额占用内存
