在借用的已加载文档上执行签名操作，并使用显式的 timestamp transport

签名后的 PDF 字节写入 Output，transport 回调通过 TimestampContext 接收操作发出的 RFC 3161 timestamp 请求

checkpoint 事件在签名和 timestamp 处理期间触发，并保留取消和预算异常
