Bir digest için CSC signatures/timestamp endpoint'i üzerinden bir RFC 3161 timestamp token'ı ister

Digest 1 ile 1024 byte arasında olmalı ve DigestAlgorithmOID boş olmayan, noktalı bir OID olmalıdır; aksi hâlde çağrı, transport gidiş-dönüşü yapmadan spsMalformed döndürür

İsteğe bağlı Nonce istek gövdesine yansıtılır ve mevcut olduğunda yapılandırılan THPDFCSCOptions.ClientData eklenir; yanıt token'ı base64 çözülür ve MaxTimestampBytes ile sınırlanır

OperationIdentifier boş olduğunda çağrı için yeni bir GUID üretilir; böylece idempotency ve iptal her deneme için yine de uygulanır
