`SimpleLatinFonts`	Turns on the compact unembedded simple-font path for printable ASCII when all safety gates match
`StandardFontEmulation`	Allows Base14 standard font emulation, which is required before SimpleLatinFonts can use WinAnsiEncoding output
`TryEmitSimpleLatin`	Internal output gate that accepts only printable ASCII, standard non-vertical fonts, zero rotation, no PDF/A, and no active shaping flags

Usage notes

เส้นทางนี้จงใจจำกัดแคบ: ต้องเปิด StandardFontEmulation, ต้องปิด PDF/A, active font ต้องเป็น standard non-vertical font, text angle ต้องเป็นศูนย์, ShapingFeatures ต้องว่าง และทุก character ต้องเป็น printable ASCII U+0020 ถึง U+007E
