- ใช้สมาชิกนี้ใน workflow การสร้างเอกสาร ก่อนที่หน้า resource ฟิลด์ หรือ object catalog ที่ได้รับผลจะถูก finalize
- คงชื่อ object ชื่อฟิลด์ ชื่อ resource และ handle ที่คืนค่ามาให้นิ่ง จนกว่าเอกสารจะ finalize
