Creates new paragraph for PDF document.

Описание
Функция CreateParagraph добавляет в PDF-документ новый абзац. Indention, LeftMargin и RightMargin задают параметры абзаца ( см. рисунок ниже ), Justification задаёт выравнивание абзаца по умолчанию. Функция CreateParagraph возвращает внутренний номер нового абзаца
