Returns True when the first-page section was copied after both required ranges became available
Usage notes
- Destinația primește doar prefixul linearizat al primei pagini și rămâne proprietatea apelantului
- Citirile folosesc bucăți de 64 KiB și respectă token-ul de anulare a operației
