Ownership and limits

• Decodorul copiază intrarea codificată și deține bitmap-ul expus de Bitmap
• Bitmap-ul returnat rămâne valid până când decodorul este încărcat din nou sau distrus
• MaxOutputBytes limitează bitmap-ul țintă, iar zero dezactivează acea limită explicită
• OnCancellationCheck este invocat din bucla de linii de scanare
• Info expune geometria scalată raportată de decodor și estimările memoriei de lucru
