Beschrijving
Gebruik AddTextAnnotation om een nieuwe tekstannotatie met opgegeven tekstbericht ( Inhoud), rechthoekgebied ( Rectangle ), pictogramweergave ( Name ) en kleur op de huidige pagina toe te voegen. Zet Open op true om de annotatie te openen of zet Open op false om de annotatie te sluiten
