동작

ObjNum이 로드된 object stream 소속이면 True를 반환하고, ContainerEncrypted는 그 container stream 자체가 암호화됐는지 알려 줍니다

암호화된 container의 멤버는 container가 복호화된 뒤 이미 plaintext이고, plaintext container의 멤버는 여전히 자체 객체 번호와 generation 기준으로 string filter 처리가 필요합니다
