動作

• デフォルトの budget は 33554432 バイトで、キャッシュが保持するエントリも最大 128 件です
• Reducing the budget evicts least recently used entries immediately
• budget を 0 にすると保持が無効になりますが、デコーダーの要求は引き続き動作します
• 負の値は 0 に正規化されます
• Loading another document clears retained decoders and resets statistics
