THotPDF.AppendStructureMarkedContent Method

MCR 辞書とページの ParentTree を通じて、ページローカルな MCID を 1 つ、既存の構造要素に関連付けます

名前	目的
`StructElem`	An existing structure element returned by `AddStructureElement`
`PageIndex`	marked content を持つページの 0 始まりのインデックス
`MCID`	ページ内で一意の、0 以上の marked-content 識別子

The method appends <</Type /MCR /Pg ... /MCID ...>> to the structure element K array
ページは StructParents キーを受け取るか、既存のものを再利用します
Invalid pages, negative MCIDs, nil elements, and non-array K entries are rejected
