Punto di aggancio del decoding progressivo che restituisce una scan alla volta, così i chiamanti possono disegnare immagini intermedie mentre il decoding prosegue; DecodeNextScan riporta l'avanzamento tramite THPDFProgressiveImageDecodeStatus e il numero della scan appena completata

GetBitmap restituisce la bitmap parzialmente decodificata corrente e GetErrorMessage il motivo dell'ultimo stato di fallimento
