`MCID`	Nenegativni identifikator označenog sadržaja jedinstven na stranici

Metoda dodaje <</Type /MCR /Pg ... /MCID ...>> u K niz strukturnog elementa
Stranica prima ili ponovno koristi svoj ključ StructParents
Nevažeće stranice, negativni MCID, nil elementi i unosi K koji nisu niz odbacuju se
