Description:

השתמש ב-DrawArc כדי לצייר קו אליפטי מעוקל. ה-arc נע על היקף אליפסה התחומה בנקודות (X1,Y1) ו-(X2,Y2), נגד כיוון השעון מנקודת ההתחלה לנקודת הסיום. נקודת ההתחלה מוגדרת על ידי חיתוך האליפסה עם קו ממרכז האליפסה אל (X3,Y3), ונקודת הסיום מוגדרת על ידי קו מהמרכז אל (X4, Y4)
