THotPDF.GetLoadedStreamFilterStatistics Method
Reports bounded document-wide stream-filter usage and can optionally decode each stream to collect stage and output byte counts

Notes d'utilisation
- DecodeStreams=False scans dictionaries and encoded lengths without materialising lazy streams
- DecodeStreams=True uses the configured per-stream decode budget for each pipeline
- Per-family byte totals attribute complete pipelines to each participating family and are not additive across families
