Paramètres

• FieldIndex est l’index base zéro du champ terminal
• WidgetIndex est le rang de widget base zéro au sein de ce champ

La méthode renvoie -1 lorsqu’un des index est invalide ou qu’aucune association de page n’est disponible

Le premier appel après invalidation effectue la construction linéaire partagée du cache, et les appels suivants utilisent les liens en cache
