Call EndTaggedContent after emitting the visible page content
The existing structure element receives an MCR for the current page instead of creating a duplicate logical element
Language, alternate text, replacement text, and expansion text are written into the marked-content properties when supplied
An attachment failure closes the marked-content sequence before re-raising the exception
