Validates a bounded linearization header and reports first-page and main-xref range availability

Returns True when a valid linearization dictionary was parsed, even if required ranges are still unavailable
Usage notes
- The bounded header probe validates /L, /O, /E, /N, and /T
- First-page readiness requires both the zero-based prefix through /E and a bounded look-behind range around the main xref offset
- The method does not take ownership of Source
