Draws the ellipse defined by a bounding rectangle.

Descripción

Llame a Ellipse para dibujar un círculo o una elipse. Especifique el rectángulo delimitador dando el punto superior izquierdo en coordenadas de píxel (X, Y) y el Width y Height del rectángulo
