Parameters

• PageIndex selects a zero-based loaded page
• ApplyChanges commits valid delete and replacement actions when True
• Options defines parser and replacement budgets
• CancellationToken may be nil
• Statistics receives traversal and transformation results

Return value

True when traversal completes or stops intentionally with valid output, otherwise False

Usage notes

• The shorter overload uses THPDFContentOperatorVisitOptions.Default and no cancellation token
• ApplyChanges=False supports inspection, measurement, and policy checks without changing the document
• No page mutation occurs until callbacks finish and the complete output passes validation
• A successful mutation replaces multiple content segments with one decoded indirect stream and invalidates all page render caches
